Who processes my payment?
Checkout, invoicing and taxes are handled by Paddle (paddle.com) — our merchant of record, used by thousands of software companies. We never see your card details.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel on your Account page or via the link in any Paddle receipt. Premium stays active until the end of the paid period and you won't be charged again.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes — a 14-day money-back guarantee on first subscription payments and unused credit packs. See the Refund policy page for details.
What payment methods are accepted?
Major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay — availability depends on your country, shown at checkout by Paddle.
Do AI credits expire?
Credits bought in packs never expire. Monthly credits included with Premium are granted each billing period.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes — Paddle emails a receipt for every payment, and you can download invoices from the customer portal (Account → Manage subscription).
