Refund Policy

1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy with a purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the transaction — no questions asked. This applies to:
- Premium subscriptions (monthly and yearly) — first payment of a new subscription;
- AI credit packs — provided the credits from that pack have not been substantially used.
2. How to request a refund
Email biuro@s90.pl from the address linked to your account (or reply to your Paddle receipt) and include the order/transaction number. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to the original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
3. Subscription renewals and cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time on the Account page ("Manage subscription") or via the link in any Paddle receipt — Premium then remains active until the end of the paid period and no further charges occur. If a renewal charge was unwanted, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it, provided Premium usage after the renewal was negligible.
4. EU consumers
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. For digital services, by starting to use Premium features immediately you consent to performance before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period; our voluntary money-back guarantee above is at least as generous as the statutory right of withdrawal.
5. Abuse
We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of clear abuse (e.g. repeatedly purchasing, heavily using and refunding credits).
